About us
OMBA is a nonprofit organization consisting of dedicated local bike enthusiasts working together to promote land access, trail construction and maintenance, educational programs, and responsible racing and recreational riding in Middle Georgia. This organization is a chapter of the Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association (SORBA). For information about how to join, click

In addition to building and maintaining area trails, our club typically hosts two mountain bike races in the spring or summer. These are our primary fund-raisers each year. We also put on two bike festivals -- the Dauset festival in November and the Thomson Appreciation weekend/festival in January.
Our club, which boasts about 50 members, meets the first Wednesday of every month at the Thomson Factory at 7800 NE Industrial Blvd. in Bibb County. Ride at 6, and meet at 7 in the factory breakroom. Bring your own snacks and beverage of choice.
Our club president is
